What to expect
One application, step by step.
- 01
Create your account
Set up your account and open your application — no upfront fee.
- 02
Subject diagnostic
A 30-question, difficulty-calibrated diagnostic in each subject you teach.
- 03
Criminal clearance
Most countries upload their own national police or criminal-background clearance; US, Canada, and UK residents run an automated criminal-record check later instead.
- 04
Résumé
A current résumé or CV — our team reads it before advancing you to the vetting checks.
- 05
Our review
We look at your file and green-light your vetting — the checks above this point are all free.
- 06
Identity & English
A government-ID and selfie identity check, then a structured English assessment.
- 07
Teaching sample
Every candidate records a short teaching sample for staff review.
- 08
Contract, training & offer
Contract and payout setup, onboarding training, and your tier offer.

No upfront fee
You pay nothing to apply. To cover the third-party checks in our vetting, the platform recoups its one-time vetting cost by retaining your earnings from your first completed session. From your second completed session onward, you keep your full payout — it comes out of earnings, never out of pocket.
Minimum bar: BA required, B2 English, 100+ hours teaching experience. See full criteria.
