Does the gift card expire?
Never. The card code itself stays redeemable forever, and once redeemed, the wallet credit also never expires.
What can the recipient use it for?
Anything on the platform — single sessions, packages, monthly plans, programs, and diagnostics. It's just dollars in their account.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — unredeemed gift cards are refundable to the purchaser within 30 days. Once redeemed, the credit becomes non-refundable wallet balance.
Do you charge a delivery fee?
No fees. The amount you pay is the full amount the recipient receives.
